Christmas Eve - memoriesDaddy went out to KBToys, and found this jumper. We had actually been looking at it for a year, but couldn't bring ourselves to spend the money on it. The Kirk got it on sale for 50% off!

December 22nd, daddy started a nice warm fire. Boy I love how it makes the basement smell and feel. I'm so thrilled I have a man from out west who knows how to do this sort of thing.

Daddy and Julia have loved the movie "Monsters Inc." for a long time and adapted names for themselves (Dad-sully, Julia - mike). So when Kirk saw this at the Disney Store, he knew just who to buy it for.

It is a strawberry shortcake, and it wasn't too bad tasting either.

Just Going to the Dentist - by the Crawfords

mom said we had to go to the dentist, I thought my teeth were just fine, but I'd been reading about going to the dentist, so I was up for the challenge of a new experience.

the waiting room was pretty boring, Julia found some magazines and books to look at and mom let me draw on her HIPPA paperwork.

then it was Julia's turn in the chair. she was a big girl and even got a few exrays done.

she was very brave and so I knew I could do it too.

my turn, here we go, it was fun having the chair move up and down.

the dental assistant cleaned my teeth, it was a yummy cherry flavor.

Yeah, then we were all done and on our way to Walmart, to buy big girl panties for me!
