We are officially homeowners of a beautiful townhouse!! Yipee! Now the work begins. We hope to be into the home asap, but there is a fair amount of work to be done, so more than likely it will be early to late October.

Even though Kelly is only 20 months we decided it would be better for her if we changed her to a "big girl bed" befre our big move so it would less adjusting. She loves it and is doing great!

It looks like this is the one! Offer has been accepted, contract has been ratified now we just have to go through all the inspections and things. Settlement scheduled for August 30th!
