Using our Deck for our first picnic lunch It was actually a little chillier than I thought, but we made it through lunch and then went in and warmed up, it felt so nice to get some fresh air.
We used our bench seat as a little table, and then our play table chairs for the seats. It worked out really well.
Later on we went outside in the front yard and did some chalk. Kelly wanted to play in the van and the next thing I knew she was sitting in the drivers seat with bear-bear and wearing my sunglasses.

Happy Birthday Liel Hannah,
We love youDoes she look like "is that for me?"
OK mom, what's with this hat, it's such a distraction.
Purple icing, now that's what I'm talking about.
All the girls enjoyed the birthday cake.
Kelly enjoyed putting stickers on mommy's face,
and is caught here in the act of saying "cheese"

Happy Easter from the Crawfords! I thought we'd try and "break-in" our new nice Easter Dresses with a photo shoot. It was fun, but not as successful as the photo shoot I took last March before Liel was born. Never-the-less, here are my favorite pictures.
Julia and Liel
Julia's solo shot
Kelly wasn't feeling well or something, usually she's all over the idea of dressing up and having pictures taken. She stayed on the couch mostly, maybe another day.
Liel
Liel in her Easter dress with the decoration/play hat. She wasn't sure what to make of it on her head. I doubt she'll be wearing a hat for Easter. Sure does look cute though.
Julia with a basket, in her Easter dress. She did well with the pictures, usually she's not very interested in cooperating and gives me these extremely exagerated smiles where you can't even see her eyes! silly girl.
Liel was the most cooperative of the three. She felt so big sitting at the table, she never tried to get down, maybe she was scared. She just sat there like an angel, and ate some cheerios while I tried to get some cute pictures taken.
I finally gave up on the idea of the perfect picture, some days it comes easily, other days not (this was the "other day"). I still decided to take pictures though, and I figure they are gonna be wearing these dress for like the next several Sundays, so there is always hope for a better picture tomorrow.
Liel walking around.
Fun after church in their matching outfits. It feels like I was just putting this on Julia and Kelly, it probably was only 18 months ago. How time flies.

Julia and Kelly in the rocking chair in mom and dad's bedroom. This is becoming another favorite hang out spot. I tried to get all three girls on this chair, but it doesn't work comfortably.
Julia and Liel on the rocking chair. Look how similar their face shapes are.

There's a WOCKET in my POCKET
by Dr. Seuss (retold by the Crawford Kids)

Have you ever had the feeling there's a ZAMP in the LAMP?
Or a NINK in the SINK?
Or a WOSET in the CLOSET
Sometimes I'm quite CERTAIN there's a JERTAIN in the CURTAIN
And when I hear a TOCK I know a ZLOCKS behind the CLOCK
And that ZELF up on the SHELF I have talked to her MYSELF
I like the ZABLE on the TABLE
And the GHAIR beneath the CHAIR
But the BOFA on the SOFA acts as if she doesn't care.
I Like the GEILING on the CEILING
And the ZOWER in the SHOWER
And the NUPBOARD in the CUPBOARD, I do like her alot.

But that NOOTHGRUSH on my TOOTHBRUSH, well some are nice, and she sure is.
The YEPS on the STEPS are always fun to have around, and so are many, many other friends that I have found...
... like the TOOM, and the NOOM, and the GOOM and the DOOM and the BOOM and the WOOM and the ZOOM in the Living ROOM.
There's a YOTLE in the BOTTLE who I do so wish to keep.
But the ZILLOW on my PILLOW always helps me fall asleep.
